However long you have had this body – that’s how old your body is.
However long you have used your knowledge without accumulating others, that’s how old your mind is.
However long you have shared your love with your heart? – that’s how old your love is.
However long you have lived truly being YOU- that’s how old your True-self is?
So we cannot get confused by the age of our body to how truly we are living!
It is wise to look back at ourselves to see when we might have stopped living, so we can then pick back up from where we left off and start living again!
